Pure bliss is when the whole being, the thoughts, words and actions are soaked with Sai. The purpose of life is fulfilled when such a state is pursued. Knowledge and scholarship aside, the true pursuit of Sai begins in seeing the self in Sai and the Sai in the self. Such state is achieved as one sees Sai in everywhere and in every self.

Let the day begin with the bounty of thanks to the Sadguru, the merciful fakir that guides us every day. Let Sai's presence be felt in sunshine and rainfall alike; let us see Him in everything good and everything bad. Ignoramus that we are, let us realize that good and bad are just manifestations of the myth. Let His thoughts lead us to the victory over fallible discriminations, our immature attempts to decipher what is good for us from what is bad for us. Let us limit ourselves to just one resort, the choice to make Sadguru as our only object of thoughts in our everyday lives. Let our practices, our habits, our routine include Sai at every step and in every form. This is the true saadhana!

Experiences of Devotees:

We would like to share one of the wonderful experiences that happened in our life. I am a software Engineer and strong devotee of SAI BABA, came to USA in 2000 on H1B. With the grace of SAI BABA, I got a VISA and finally I came to USA - New York first time and my wife and son joined to me after a month .WE used to go to Shirdi Sai Center, Flushing temple. And All of sudden I got a project in Phoenix, Arizona and we moved to Phoenix.

For few months was ok and then market went down .All the projects closed on clients and all the dot companies closed their business including my H1 holding company. We were in great trouble and looking for H1 and Green card sponsor at a time so that I may able to maintain my status and also able to get my green card within the H1 time. A market was very bad and there was no sign of getting back to projects. I floated my resume to 5 to 6 Internet job sites and send 800/1000 emails to all the companies .We were crying and praying to BABA to do something. Then I started reading SAI SATCHARITRA everyday one chapter and one day BABA listened our Prayer a HE did a miracle for my family and me. This is the story of 2002.

Suddenly I got a call from Chicago based company, I explained my entire situation and he promised me to apply for both H1 and Green Card for me and my family on the same day if I joined. I went to Chicago and finally decided to join it. They apply (on May 2002) for my H1B and for Green Card immediately and with the grace of SAI BABA and I got a project and were approved of Both H1 (without hurdle) and Labor for my green card (November 2002- in just six months). From that day, I decided to continue reading of SAI SATCHARITRA every day (without breaking) and asking to my friends to do the same. Finally, I-140 was approved and then they applied for I-485 for my family and me.

Today we are very happy; we got an EAD (for me and for my wife- received seven months ago) she got her SSN and started working and now waiting for our last green card. Within two years of span, BABA did everything and I still have my valid H1B until Jan 2006. I don't worry for anything everything SAI will take care. This is happening in my life since last 15 years. I am sure if you look to HIM, HE will look to you. I am very thankful to my Guru- SAI BABA for being with us all always and helping us removing all sorrows from the life and making life very happy and cheerful. Once again- THANK YOU SAI BABA!

OM SAI SRI SAI JAYA JAYA SAI! Today we had Satyanarayana Pooja in our temple, as usual, on every poornima day. As it is also guru poornima, I offered my prayers in the morning and just went on with the day. Suddenly I got a call to accompany my friend to the temple to see the pooja, as it is a special day. I was very much thrilled and went to the temple; during the pooja I was praying BABA. By the end when all the devotees were singing devotional songs, I could see SRI SAI in the picture of Satyanarayana, and slowly went into the Ganesha idol and sat there as he is in Shirdi. I feel that I'm blessed and very happy that I could see SRI SAI on this very auspicious day. THANK YOU SAI FOR STRENGTHENING MY FAITH IN YOU.

Sai Satcharitha saptaha is to read Satcharitha in 7 days. Can be started from any Thursday and end it on Wednesday. On the next Thursday after reading, please offer some sweat or any thing with full faith to baba. After doing your first saptaha, Baba will definitely bless you with any small miracle. Take him as your guide. If you say you love baba, and then follow his guidance in all your steps. Please meditate on baba, and ask Baba anything, he will definitely guide you in all aspects of your life. Place your burden on baba; utter his name always whenever you have a chance. Sai nama allows you to even cross seven seas. It takes only one hour every day to do your saptaha daily reading. Keep on doing your saptaha's, and may be in a year if you look back, most of your problems would be gone. Its my personal experience dear brother. Please take baba as your guide, and do his namasmarana always.

Dear Sai, Koti pranams. We have been married for 9 yrs and my husband hasn't changed. His short temper/anger hasn't decreased at all. He is a nice guy but doesn't seem to realize his mistakes when he commits one. I try to tell him patiently but he always thinks he is right. He doesn't treat my parents with respect and this really bothers me. I was able to finish Satcharitha before within a week but now I am not able to. I am very much disappointed. Please bless me baba to finish the Sai Charithra. Please give me patience. I beg of you to forgive my mistakes. Please bless my family to be hale & healthy. My sister could not complete her studies even after all the pains my parents took for her and now her marriage is a huge problem and my parents health is being affected because of all the tensions. Meanwhile I had a miscarriage and I am unable to share it with my parents because they might be devastated with the news. I am so far from everyone in another country with no one to share and all this is affecting my married life too. OM SAI MAHARAJ KI JAY . I am a devottee of Sai Baba for the last 7 years. I along with my wife went to Shirdi atleast on four occasions. During the visits, we were fortunate to have excellent Dharsan and spent our time peacefully in SAMADHI MANDHIR, DWARAKAMAI and the temple below NEEM TREE. It is all His grace our prayers were answered. Now we have a difficult phase of our life. Our son after spending huge money as loan amount from bank succesfully completed his M.S in computer science form Texas in U.S in Dec 2003. Ionically he is unable to get a job in U.S and finding his life misserable. Though he has two years of experience in I.T he is totally unhappy. We would like to repay the loan to bank as early as possible and to see that he gets good job. As he is completing 27 years we have to perform his wedding. We are very anxious and our prayers to SAI is yet to answered. We request the club members to pray HIS ALMIGHTY to bless my son.

Dear Baba..You suddenly came in my life and made a directionless, an egoist, a short-tempered person become a better human being. I sometimes feel that, I wasted 22 yrs of my life when I was unaware of You; but then I console myself by saying that atleast after 22 yrs I got You and Your blessing, otherwise why would You come to an ignorant who didn't even know anything about You for so long. Baba, You have changed my life in so many ways. Who can speak of Your greatness? Standing silent with a bowed head is the only thing I can do. I don't deserve You but the very thought of being without You makes me feel helpless. Question of the Week:

Q. What are your comments on the practice of casting and drawing chits in front of Baba in an attempt to seek Baba's direction?

It has been my practice to ask Baba questions and receive his answers by either a YES or a NO replies. This practice I follow by first asking Baba if I can ask him a question. If the answer is NO I simply drop the idea of asking the question at that time, as he is the sole controller of our mind, senses and the future. If he does not consider it appropriate to answer the question, I accept his verdict as he knows best the timing appropriate for us (I must warn here that it is sometimes very frustrating when he says no as it is very often the case that the devotee asks the question because he wants an answer at that time).

In my opinion very important factors in seeking this guidance from BABA are:
1) Implicit faith and trust in BABA's reply (even if not convenient) being the best for the devotee.
2) Total understanding that he is the sole controller of our life (Shradha)
3) SABURI - ability to wait for the outcome.
4) Full acceptance that the period of anxiety or suffering is pre ordained and has to be gone thru with.
5) Full acceptance that his decision is final and unalterable.

During the initial days of such a dialogue with Baba I used to repeat the process until I got the reply I wanted but experience has taught me that it is the first reply that turns out to be true which is not necessarily the convenient reply. The most important aspect in my experience has been "" Asking Baba his permission to ask the question "" this step is primary in my opinion to get a proper guidance, as you should first secure his grace and consent to communicate with him.

This method of guidance seeking DOES work and is effective for Major decisions but its effectiveness should not be diluted by use for all and sundry day to day decisions. In these cases we have to have our faith in Baba and proceed with our lives, we have accept that he will always ensure the best for us at all times. As he him self has said in the Satcharitha some times the mother has to give bitter medicine to the child which the child has to swallow to ensure the child's health, this should be our guiding words from him. He will ensure our well being like the good mother.
