Who dare say Baba's beacon does not speak? What is needed are faith and patience, to seek the light and be one with it!

Sadguru is the most precious thing anyone can find. The rarest of jewels, Sainath is one such Sadguru that bestows the benefits to those who seek Him. The One that declared that nobody shall return with empty hands still proves it. What is needed is unconditional faith and abundant patience with a disposition that He knows what is best. If the pursuit is material, it will be achieved. If the pursuit is spiritual, it will be achieved too. Shama's rhetoric that he would break the coconut on God's head is an assurance to those simple-minded devotees approaching Him with folded hands. One should also remember that not everyone that flocks around is benefited. While it is considered a fortune to know Sai Baba, it is also misfortune to let the opportunity to pass by. Let this Thursday be a reminder of all the wonderful things Sadguru Sainath has done for His children. Let this also be a day to contemplate on the spiritual coffers that the fakir of Shirdi has to offer.

Contributed Article: Inauguration of Shirdi Sai Temple of Chicago and Suburbs

By the grace and blessings of Saibaba Shirdi Saibaba Temple of Chicago and Suburbs was inaugurated by Guruji Shri CB Satpathyji on August 18 and 19th 2004. The event started on August 18th as with Bhumi Pooja, Kalasa Pooja, and Kumbhabhishek. On 19th Pran Pratishta and Havan were performed by priest Sri Nagendra under the blissful presence of Shri Guruji. The havan was followed by Abhishek and Archana to Baba, Madhyahna arathi, Discourse by Guruji and Mahaprasad. The evening program started with Sai Satcharitha Parayan, Dhoop arathi, colorful procession of Saibaba on the chariot amidst Sainama Jap, Sainama Jap, Discourse by Guruji and Shej arathi followed by Mahaprasad. I wish to record a wonderful experience, which I had many years before. On one occasion, I had to visit Ahmednagar for inspections of some factory on an official visit. I was accompanied by another fiend. We were thinking that our job would carry us whole day. But it was over by forenoon. Next day was Sunday. While we were summarizing our views to the marketing manager, I was talking to my friend who accompanied me. The gist of the talk was like this. I was telling in my vernacular that Shirdi would be some were near this place. How nice it would be if we were able to get a bus to go there. We were thinking that we could spend that evening there and return to Mumbai. We were not having a least idea that the concerned manager would have known our vernacular. He apologized for intervention and told that a company car is returning to Mumbai. Normally some officials will return by car. But on that day, the car was going empty. He told that if we want we can use that conveyance and also one can go via Shirdi to Mumbai from Ahmednagar. We were just thrilled to hear that. Immediately we started for Shirdi and had darshan of Sai Maharaj. I was intensely yearning to have darshan of Shirdi temple. and Sai Maharaj has fulfilled my desire in His mysterious way. Till now I can never forget my visit to Shirdi. When I was going through this weeks articles suddenly I got the impulse to record. After many years, I record this for the first time.

Om Sai Sri Sai Jai Jai Sai. I came to know about Shirdi Baba when I was in Ahmedabad three years back. But I started to believe and experience him only from last year. We recently got a piggy bank for our 2year old daughter and asked her to put all the coins to it except the quarters as I use it for the laundry. I also told her and my husband that this money would go to baba. Last week we took a bus trip to Atlantic City. In the bus, they were conducting many games. One was they passed a jar of coins and asked everybody to guess how much was in there. All were guessing 5.75, 8.50,11.00.etc.when my turn came I told 10dollars.Atlast it was the correct amount and nobody guessed except me. So, they gave that jar of coins to me. At home, I thought of taking the quarters and putting the other coins in the piggy bank for baba. To my surprise, there were no quarters in it. So I put all the coins to the piggy bank and prayed baba to take me to Shirdi during my next visit to India. So if you trust and think positively he will show his presence in one way or the other. I pray him to show his miracles in the days to come.

Om Sai, There are many experiences in my life which tell that Baba is always there with us or me. The most recent experience I had was on Wednesday 11 Aug'04. We were going to see a house, which we had planned to purchase & from my office to that house though out I just kept praying Baba please give me your blessings, or in other words, it should be your decision. When we were seeing the house, we reached to one of the room where Sai Baba was already present before us. No words can describe that moment, may be I had some strange expressions on my face & the lady who was taking around to the house told me that, some ten years back she had visited Shirdi & got this Swaroop of Baba from there. This lady told me if we wish so she can leave this Baba's photo here in this house only......what else I wanted .I wanted to have Baba's decision & Baba is already staying there before us in that house. Baba, please remain with us always & help us to speed up the paper formalities & settle in our life.

I would like to share with all of you one of the miracles that happened to me recently. I have some small wallet size Sai Baba photos which I bought from Shirdi last year. These are six photos. I have a habit of keeping these photos in a particular sequence. Although is no religious reason for keeping them in sequence. One day while I was praying, I noticed that the sequence of these photos is disturbed. I wondered how this had happened. I rearranged the photos in the original sequence back again carefully. I prayed to Sai baba that if you are somewhere near me then please change the order of photos once again. The next day while praying, I noticed that the sequence was again changed. I understood that this was an indication from Sai Baba that he is always there with us. My joy knew no bounds. This was one of the happiest moments in my life. It was a small and a very sweet miracle that happened. I love you Baba.

I was suffering from kidney stone. It was painful, it was a Thursday, I was reading Sai Satcharitha. That day when I opened the book I saw the story of the person suffering from kidney stone and was cured after consuming water with UDI. I prayed to Sri Sai to cure. Lo and Behold that afternoon a miracle happened, the stone fell done when I was passing urine. I was relieved of the pain and suffering. I immediately prostrated before the photo of Sri Sai and thanked him. It was really an answer, a miracle.....you may say whatever........but I bow to Sai.
