Sai ram kothi comprises of writing out the Lord's name continuously on a sheet of paper so that the whole paper is filled out. Collection of all filled papers will then be sent to India and will be prsented to Guruji Sri Ammula Sambasiva Rao ji in Hyderabad who has stared an effort to collect Sai Ram Kothis on a continuous basis worldwie till about 108 crore sheets are collected. The Sai ram kothis are used in places where Baba's murthis are installed worldwide.
