Truth is the power and the manifestation. Truth is eternal and indestructible. Truth is the most beautiful and the brightest. Truth is silent because it does not need a voice. Truth remains at the core of the conscience, the abode of Sadguru. Every spiritual aspirant has to confront the entity of Truth, the biggest obstacle. Conquering falsehood, most tiring of all the battles, is the beginning of Baba's expanse. It becomes at one point the task of utmost relevance, to distinguish Truth from the set of other operable facts, the premise under which everyday dealings are carried out, material and even spiritual!

Are being devotional and having faith in Sadguru all what on needs? Faith and patience are sure what Baba demanded from His children. However, just faith and having patience did not win the heart of Sai. Stories are plentiful in Sadguru Sainath's abode where Baba whipped up the conscience of those that he wanted to bless. Those who seek Him could never resist the piercing eyes of the compassionate father; the eyes that know the past, present, and the future. The eyes not that of the punishing policeman, but of the benevolent caretaker longing to lead one from the convenient facts to everlasting contentment, Truth!

How could one trying to realize that Baba is the indweller of all beings even attempt to either lie to the self or to others? Baba never lied to anyone. He always spoke of parables; some of them were literally true while some were figurative. They were the individualized instructions that Baba provided to those who deserve it and none else.

Lt. Col. M.B. Nimbalkar in his book "Shri Sai Baba's Teachings and Philosophy" wrote as follows: "Sai Baba was always practical and realistic in his teachings. He never told his devotees to lie and asked them always to speak truth. The devotees knew that Sai Baba was antharjnaani (knower of the secrets of every being) and he would certainly catch them if they told a lie. Hence hey dared not speak untruth in his presence. Hemadpanth in his original Marathi Shri Sai Satcharitha rightly says: Untruth does not work before Sai and Sai cannot be procured with untruth. Untruth means downfall. Untruth in the end takes you to hell"

Let us on this beautiful Thursday remind ourselves of that benevolent caretaker longing to lead us from the convenient facts to everlasting contentment, Truth!

Dear Sai Bandus! On this Monday May 6,2002, in the morning I was offering my prayers to our Baba, meanwhile my husband brought a very nice rose flower from the yard and gave it to me. I offered it to the Lord by putting it on the top of Shivlingam. I prayed and asked Baba that each time I completed Sai Satcharitha in a week, You gave me vision or came to me in the dream, but last time when I read it in a week, somehow I did not see you, and this time it is already Monday, I am still waiting for you and you have not shown any sign of your presence to me yet. Baba if I have committed any mistake, please forgive me but come to me, I cannot live without you at all. You know how much I miss you and when I do not see you, that yearning is so intense and the pain is so unbearable. Please Baba Come before I complete Sat Satcharitha on Wednesday. Then I went to my office.

In the evening, I came back from office and entered in my puja room, to my surprise and happiness, the flower I offered to the Lord, I found that flower laying on my Sai Satcharitha, It was amazing, and looked like it was put on the book by someone intentionally as the book was not even close to the Shivlingam. The very first thought came in my mind was that Swami came today and put the flower on the book, then monkey mind says no may be the flower fell down itself and my husband might have placed it back on the book. Now I am waiting for my husband impatiently. When my husband came back from his office, the very first thing I asked him if he put the flower on the book? At first, he did not understood what I was talking about. Then I said you see that book, the Sai Satcharitha and the flower on it, it really look very nice, I could have never thought about putting the flower back on the book. You sometimes have great ideas.

Then he said, he did not put that flower on the Sai Satcharitha and did not even know where the Sai Satcharitha was. Now I knew 100% that Baba, the most Loving Father, answered my morning prayer. After this, I was very happy and went to bed. At about 9:30 p.m. we received a phone call from a Sai devotee who I happened to see first time about two weeks ago and my husband responded to it. He told my husband that a lady who has an original Shirdi Baba Shalla that He used to wear during Chavadi Procession, was coming to his home on Wednesday evening and he thought I would love to see it. When I heard about it, it was just another Precious Gift of His kindness and Abundant Love for me and a loving response to my prayer, my joy knew no bounds, I was just dumb founded, I said, sure, I will go. I went to see Baba's shalla and it is so beautiful, it has Dhuni smell, smoke stains and holes but it is so soothing. And my dear Sai Brothers and Sisters, I was blessed to hold it for a long time and with His Grace, I got my picture taken with it. What a precious gift I got from our Dearest Father and Mother Sai in return of my little prayer. See how much He gives to us and some time we do not even realize what He has given us. Oh Kind Lord of Shirdi and the Lord of my heart, I thank You and pray to you that keep the flow of your grace and love forever flowing towards all of us.

Please, Hold on to Him, He will respond to our prayers. I sometime wonder if I really earned and deserved His so much love. I am still in bliss and soaked completely in His Love. May Lord Sai shower His grace and Love on all of us all the time. Jai Sai Ram

Although everything is known to HIM as HE is all pervading and omniscient, at times prayers do emphasize the power of his devotees to get together for the welfare of someone other than their own self which is the central idea of SAI PHILOSPHY- "Cast off your selfish motives and only think in terms of other's welfare while totally being installed in the Spirit Consciousness of Shri Sai Baba". My dear fellow human beings, this humble request comes to you all to express the same selfless love and wishes for a devoted family who is known to me and is being put through Baba's all-famous Qualifiers (Tests) at the moment. Let us all get together and let that divine expression of love and affection for those members of the "SAI PARIVAR" flow through our silent prayers and well wishes to invoke the Lord's kind grace. Dear Madhuri Cherukupalli, My child had similar problems. The doctors had no solution to the problem. On an auspicious day, Baba inspired us to do Mundan ceremony. At that time, my child was less than 1yr old. As my husband was performing the mundan using the trimmer on his electric shaver, we noticed that the scalp was flaky. We believe that this was the cause of dermatitis. As it would fall off, it would spread to limbs and other areas. After the mundan, we applied Eucerin Cream (not lotion) on the head and other areas. This cream is very thick. All the affected areas would be covered with this cream at all times. Within a week, the problem was gone. Baba will help you. Sai Bless.

SaiRam, I just read SaiVichar and a devotee had asked to pray for her 10 month son who has Eczema. If you can please forward this message to that devotee or publish it to help her: My son also had Eczema and what helped was I started putting mainly pure cotton clothes on him. Make sure that the fabric he wears is suitable. Also if she is in US, what worked for me was 'EUCERIN' CREAM (not lotion). The cream is thick and it takes me 10-15mins to apply nicely on him, but it is worth it because it helps. Also diet needs to be taken care of. Use of artificially flavored juices and sodas is not recommended. Hope this helps.

Sairam. Of late I am facing some mental torture. I want to be free from this torture hence this article of mine. I know only SAI can help me in this regard. An elderly gentleman (incidentally I came to know him through the Sai family!) who is my father's age is behaving immorally nowadays towards me. I do not know what to do. I have a family (he knows my husband and my kids- we all look upon him as an elderly "SAI" devotee and respect him) he has elderly children of my age and has become grandfather and in this age, I do not know why he is behaving in this way towards me, a very pious lady. Oh, Sai, you know better - words cannot describe his behavior. Please help me get out of this situation as early as possible. I have a very peaceful contented life with my husband and children. He happens to be my boss also. Therefore, you and only you as everyone's boss can do some miracle and help me become normal. Dear devotees my humble request is that I want you all to pray for me so that my mental torture that I am going through is solved by Sai maharaj.

I also asked you that I should be near to my brother in USA. Since I got my H1 by your grace and will be going to USA. While on way home from Shirdi a proposal had come and it was fixed and I got married in the year 2001. After so many years of my suffering I thought that because of Your grace I got married and left for USA. After comming to USA I came to know that My husband didnot have a job. I was also supposed to do a job. I did Parayana of Satcharita and was praying that my husband should get a job and should have a house. Within one month you gave him Job and me a house. But that did not stay for long. Within 2 months my husband lost his job and I didnot get job till now. It has been a year since I and husband got jobs. Both of us are trying hard, but I know with your grace I and husband both of them will get jobs and settle down. Dear Babaji - You dont need an introduction of me, since you know your children. Yet, I am married 15 years back. Mine was a love marriage. We have been having somewhat an imbalanced married life all along, though there is understanding. We are blessed with a lovely son who is in the verge of completing his schooling. Of late my husband has developed the habit of consuming antidepressants and has become an addict to it, which is resulting in instability both at personal and official routine. On pressing for the reasons, I came to know that he has certain family commitments which he wants to fulfill before embarking on the holy journey of matrimony. He is an unstinting and absolute devotee of yours and it is from him I have learnt the meaning of "Sharanagathi" - complete and unconditional surrender. He has had a great influence on me with regard to devotion and I can see some changes in myself. Thanks to you he has now found a good job and he is enjoying himself immensely at work. But then life has to move on.

I do pray you to solve whatever his problems might be and push him to move on with his life by finding him a suitable life partner. Believe me, for a heart and soul as clean as his, every happiness in the world should be showered on him. They say when others pray for you, their prayers are answered immediately. I am hope my prayers are.
